RENUNCIA A ACCIONES COLECTIVAS O CONSOLIDADAS:  TODAS LAS RECLAMACIONES Y DISPUTAS DENTRO DEL ALCANCE DE ESTE ACUERDO DE ARBITRAJE DEBEN ARBITRARSE O LITIGARSE INDIVIDUALMENTE Y NO COLECTIVAMENTE. LAS RECLAMACIONES DE MÁS DE UN CLIENTE O USUARIO NO PUEDEN ARBITRARSE O LITIGARSE CONJUNTAMENTE NI CONSOLIDARSE CON LAS DE CUALQUIER OTRO CLIENTE O USUARIO.
